Tigger is shopping for her prom dress! What fun! She has a limited amount of funds, which is always smart. Her friend is worried she won't get a very nice dress with the limits placed on her. But we found a great web site that has some beautiful gowns and optional shrugs or jackets etc. to help make a gown more modest. All we have to do is decide which one! As true for most girls, getting the dress ends up being more fun than the date!
